About Us

Every year thousands of letters addressed to Santa Claus, Northpole, Iceland get sent. These letters come from children all over the world telling Santa what presents they would like for Christmas as well as what is happening in their family.

So nearly 18 years ago we decided that we would try and offer a Christmas letter and surprise that kept the magic of Father Christmas alive. A Christmas letter that parents, grandparents, friends and teachers could send to children across the world from Santa’s cottage, a letter and surprise that would perpetuate the excitement of Christmas that we all remember as a child.

 

Since then we have been sending this unique and original Christmas letter and surprise to hundreds of thousands of children around the world. As each year has gone by we have improved and updated the product to ensure that your child will be thrilled with what they receive from Santa.

Now we don’t offer just a simple letter from Father Christmas but a personally addressed letter from Santa Claus, a beautiful Christmas card, a children’s Christmas story, Santa’s special Christmas diploma and Santa’s very own advice on being a good child all sent in a colorful Christmas envelope.
